How to sell your offer (without feeling “salesy”)

ANDREW WALLIS

YOUR FITNESS BUSINESS GUIDE

Hey Reader,

Quick question:

Have you ever wanted to talk about your coaching offer…

…but you stopped yourself because you didn’t want to sound “salesy” or pushy?

If so, you’re not alone.

Here’s the truth:

Selling doesn’t have to feel gross.

When you frame it right, selling feels like helping.

The key?

Stop pitching your program.

Start inviting people into a transformation.

Here’s how I like to do it:

Tell a story

Share a real-life success or a “before and after” moment.

People relate to stories way more than they do to features.

Example:

“When Sarah first joined my program, she couldn’t walk up the stairs without feeling exhausted. 12 weeks later, she’s hiking every weekend and feels stronger than she has in years. If you want to experience the same kind of shift, here’s how we can work together…”

Highlight the “before” feeling

Speak to the frustrations your audience is already feeling.

Make them feel seen.

Show the “after” possibility

Paint the transformation so clearly they want it for themselves.

Invite, don’t push

End with a simple, natural invitation:

“If you’re ready, here’s the next step.”

Quick Templates to Try:

  • Story Invite: “Here’s what happened when [Client] started…”
  • Before → After → Invite: “If you’re feeling [pain], imagine feeling [result]. I can help you get there.”

No high-pressure tactics needed.

Just real stories and real solutions.

Reply with the word STORY and I’ll send them over.

To your success,

Andrew

P.S. Next week, I’ll show you how to run a 5-minute Offer Audit—so you can see exactly where your offer needs a boost.
