YOUR FITNESS BUSINESS GUIDE

Hey Reader,

Last week we kicked off Authority Amplified—my June series on building trust and visibility (even with a small audience).

This week’s focus?

Positioning.

Because if your message is vague, your dream clients will scroll right past you… …even if you’re the perfect coach for them.

You don’t need to be louder.

You need to be clearer.

The easiest way to do that? Use the “Only Coach” positioning formula:

“I’m the only coach who helps [target audience] achieve [result] using [unique method].”

This one sentence makes you instantly stand out—even in a crowded niche.

A few examples:

“I’m the only coach who helps women in menopause lose weight without giving up wine or chocolate.”

“I’m the only coach who helps busy dads get strong with 3 workouts a week—no gym required.”

“I’m the only coach who helps 50+ professionals fix chronic pain with strength and movement instead of surgery.”

Clear. Specific. Memorable.

That’s what makes you the go-to choice.

Your move:

Try writing your own “Only Coach” statement using this formula:

🟩 I’m the only coach who helps ____ achieve ____ using ____.

Then hit reply and send it to me—I’ll give you feedback or help you sharpen it.

To your success,

Andrew

P.S. Next week in the Authority Amplified series: how to share proof and results without sounding like a show-off.

ANDREW WALLIS YOUR FITNESS BUSINESS GUIDE Hey Reader, We’re 3 weeks into Authority Amplified—this month’s series on building trust, visibility, and positioning… Even if your audience is small. So far, we’ve talked about why trust beats reach, and how to position yourself as the go-to coach. Today? “Content freedom comes from constraint. Pick a lane. Plan ahead. Post with purpose.” — Andrew Wallis Hey Reader, Let’s be honest—there’s nothing more draining than staring at a blinking cursor, wondering what to post today. But here’s the truth: consistency isn’t about showing up daily with genius content pulled from thin air—it’s about having a system...
