The 3 Types of People Seeing Your Content

Every potential client falls into one of these categories:

🔹 Cold Audience – They’ve never heard of you. They don’t trust you (yet).
🔹 Warm Audience – They know who you are but haven’t taken action.
🔹 Hot Audience – They’re ready to buy, but they just need a push.

Most trainers make the mistake of posting "hot audience" content to a cold audience—like offering a free consultation to someone who barely knows who they are.

That’s like proposing on the first date. 🚩

The Right Content for Each Stage

1️⃣ For Cold Audiences:
💡 Goal: Grab attention & build trust.
📢 Content:

  • Educational posts ("Why strength training is key after 40")
  • Engaging questions ("What’s the biggest myth about fitness?")
  • Personal stories ("My journey from feeling stuck to feeling strong")

2️⃣ For Warm Audiences:
💡 Goal: Build credibility & show results.
📢 Content:

  • Client wins & testimonials
  • "Behind-the-scenes" of your coaching process
  • Addressing common objections ("No time to train? Try this.")

3️⃣ For Hot Audiences:
💡 Goal: Get them to take action.
📢 Content:

  • Direct offers ("Spots open for coaching—apply now!")
  • FAQs about your services
  • Time-sensitive incentives ("Only 3 spots left this month!")

How to Fix Your Content Strategy

✅ Make sure 80% of your posts are for cold & warm audiences.
Only 20% should be direct offers.
Guide people through the journey—don’t rush the sale.
