The simplest content system I know (that actually works)

Hey Reader,

Let’s talk about the real reason most trainers struggle with content:

It’s not lack of ideas.

It’s not the algorithm.

It’s this:

👉 No system.

They post when they feel inspired…

Then disappear for 3 weeks.

Then panic-post an offer - and wonder why nobody bites.

Sound familiar?

Here’s the fix:

Use the 1–1–1 Content System

Just stick to this rhythm each week:

1️⃣ 1 Cold Post → Grab attention
• Educate
• Entertain
• Tell your story

2️⃣ 1 Warm Post → Build trust
• Share client wins
• Answer objections
• Show behind-the-scenes

3️⃣ 1 Offer Post → Invite action
• “Spots open this week!”
• “Here’s how to work with me”
• Time-limited incentive

That’s it.

One of each.

It’s simple. Repeatable. And it works.

Why it works:

✅ Keeps your audience moving through the “Cold → Warm → Hot” journey

✅ Builds consistency (without burning out)

✅ Makes content feel strategic, not random

This is the same system I use (and coach others to use)...

because when you stay visible and valuable, leads don’t just trickle in…

...they start flowing.

Want help planning it all out?

Inside my Content Strategy Playbook, I walk you through how to build your own content system—including examples, templates, and planning pages.

And if you’d rather have your entire year mapped out for you, check out my 2025 Fitness Marketing Calendar - it’s packed with done-for-you prompts, campaign ideas, and content themes to keep you consistent.

To your success,
Andrew

P.S. Don’t wait for “motivation” to create content. Use a system instead. It’s the key to staying consistent without losing your mind.

“The difference between a contact and a contract is the follow-up.” — Unknown. "I followed up once… and then never heard back." Sound familiar? You're not alone. One of the most common struggles I hear from fitness professionals is that leads go cold after the first message. And often, they chalk it up to a “bad lead.” But here’s the truth: Most of your clients won’t say yes the first time you reach out. Or even the second. In fact, some of my best, most committed clients came in after 4,...

ANDREW WALLIS YOUR FITNESS BUSINESS GUIDE Hey Reader, Want to know the most common content mistake I see fitness coaches make? They skip the warm stage entirely. They go from: 💬 “Hi, I’m a coach” 👉 straight to💥 “Buy my program!” That’s like proposing on the first date. 🚩 And it’s why your DMs go quiet after you post an offer. Warm audience content is where the trust is built. Here’s how to think about it: Cold = “Who’s this?” Warm = “Hmm, interesting…” Hot = “I want in!” If you don’t nurture...

“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.” — Zig Ziglar. Hi Reader, Ever feel like you’re showing up consistently—posting, emailing, creating value—but no one seems to be engaging? It’s like shouting into the void, right? Trust me, you’re not alone. This happens to everyone at some point. And the truth is: just because they’re not clicking, commenting, or replying doesn’t mean they’re not watching. In fact, some of your best future clients are quietly...
